There is a mismatch in how AI Scoring status is displayed across the UI.

At the test/question list level, questions show an “AI Scoring enabled” indicator. However, when editing the same question, the AI Scoring section still shows an “Activate” option instead of “Deactivate,” making it unclear whether AI scoring is actually active.

This creates confusion for customers who disable the AI Scoring add-on at the org level but have tests created earlier with AI evaluation previously enabled. From a customer and support perspective, there is no reliable way to verify the true AI scoring state at the question level, which can result in unexpected AI evaluation and credit consumption.

This issue is not limited to AppSumo accounts and can affect any customer with existing AI-enabled questions. A clear, consistent source of truth and proper enable/disable state in the question editor is needed to prevent confusion and unintended credit usage.
