A candidate is assessed 4 times in the first year of his joining
  1. Before joining
  2. After 1 month of joining
  3. After 6 months
  4. In 11th Month before confirmation
They want to have a progress report after each assessment which shows a growth or decline on various aspects like - Behavior, Fundamental, Technical etc. (parameters of the test)
Benefit - Succession planning - candidates who show leadership traits, Deployment on projects, Intervention at the right time for guidance.
